Terms and Conditions


Hotel Holistika Tulum is privately owned. Both the owners and the administration of the hotel reserve the right of admission, to refuse and/or present services to any person at their own discretion.


To guarantee your reservation, you will be charged a deposit, which is the 50% of the total price of your stay (we can charge the deposit at any time after you have submitted your reservation)


The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival (during the check-in process). You can pay with USD, pesos, Visa or Mastercard (not AMEX)


A credit card is required to guarantee and cover additional costs or expenses.


Check-in is at 3:00pm – Check-out at 12:00pm. Late check-out may be considered upon availability with an additional cost. We reserve the right to remove your personal belongings after the agreed check-out time.


There are no refunds or credits issued in case of an early departure, flight cancellations due to bad weather, tropical storms, hurricanes or any other circumstance. We recommend to all our customers to get a travel insurance coverage.

In the event of a “no-show”, we will charge the full amount of the stay (100%)


There will be no penalty for cancellations made prior to 30 days in advance of the arrival date (*outside the Christmas period)


The penalty for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, will be 50% of the total reservation price.


Late bookings (made within 7 days prior to arrival date) are non-refundable and full payment + TAX is required in order to reserve your place


** Christmas holidays period goes from December 20th up until January 15th — Any deposit paid for a christmas holidays reservation, will not be refunded. In this period, 100% of the total reservation is charged.
